Fresh Orange Juice
Ingredients
- 4-5 oranges
- Optional: pinch of salt
- Optional: honey
Instructions
- Roll oranges on countertop to soften them up.
- Cut oranges in half and squeeze using a juicer.
- Strain to remove pulp and seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately over ice for best flavor!

Orange Glazed Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, sear in a hot pan.
- Mix orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, honey, and zest.
- Pour sauce over chicken and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Baste occasionally until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.

Orange & Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 2 avocados, sliced
- Mixed greens
- Olive oil
- Lime juice
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Arrange mixed greens on a large platter.
- Peel and slice oranges into rounds, layer over greens.
- Slice avocados and add to the salad.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice, season with salt and pepper.

Classic Orange Marmalade
Ingredients
- 4 Seville oranges
- 2 sweet oranges
- 1 lemon
- 8 cups water
- 8 cups sugar
Instructions
- Wash fruit and thinly slice, removing seeds.
- Soak sliced fruit in water overnight.
- Boil fruit and water for 1 hour until peel is tender.
- Add sugar and boil rapidly until setting point is reached (about 30 min).
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
